Hand to runners as they pass.
Clean up all cups & trash and pack up.

Sweep the first two loops of the Half Marathon course (Loop A is 5K, and Loop A and B is 10K)
Sweeper #1 will "hand-off" to Sweeper #2 at the staging area.
Remain with the last runner on the course.
If the "last runner" position changes, please make adjustments during race.
